Behind the Scenes of Creating Gathering for 6Helenians :)
Hello all! Xavier Ho here :) Seems like this blog hasn't been updated for quite a few weeks now! I'll be updating this blog for my first time :) This should be a rather short post.
So, previously, the gathering planners team consists of:

I don't know about the backstage plans for the P5 to P6 Gatherings, which was planned by Trevina and her team. But what ever. :)
So a few months back, Shun Zhou created the "2011 6helen chalet" group, which was actually intended to be a event group only, turned out to be a class group instead ( congrats on the success!:D ) After quite a while, I created the organizers group, intended for planners. To avoid spammers. I'm pretty sure most of you guys don't really know about it. So... yea. Now you know about it :D

The group is where the magic happens :) All enquiries are posted there. All meetings are held there. All events are planned there (except for the latest one, kinda disappointed Shun Zhou didn't use the group >.<) So pretty much, everything happens there.

Change of plans ppl.
Okay, it seems that there are not much things to do if it would be just the beach, or at least for some people. So I am deciding to change the venue to East Coast Park. But if you guys still want to stick with Sentosa it's fine.
Currently, Venue: East Coast Park, Bugis Iluma
Date: 22/12
We will be meeting at around 9 @ Cck Macs as usual. For those that want to meet at Yew Tee mrt, meet at 8:50. Then we will head to Bugis Iluma to watch Sherlock Holmes. After that, we will head for lunch at Bugis Junction. After lunch we will be heading to ECP to have some activities. We will be staying till around 5 at ECP before heading home or for dinner.
Activities to be held at ECP: Frisbee (If txl comes then old bring it thx :) )
Beach volleyball
Sandcastle Building for those hu r RLY BORED, hopefully there won't be.
& Cycling
P.s. the time for us to meet may change as I still cannot confirm the movie timing yet.

Class Outing Sentosa :D
Hello Guys~
This isn't really an outing but just to let all of 6H to hangout an chill~
Since it has been already so long since Even HALF of the class met together. So I really hope you guys can make it.
-So here are the details:
Date: 22/12/11 Thursday
Venues: Vivo & Sentosa
Program: Not really done with it yet. But the idea is to watch "Sherlock Homes" in the morning at Vivo. Afterwards lunch. Then we'll head for Sentosa and have lots of fun at the beach.
-Anyone can join in the outing :) You just have to add your name to the Doc on the 6H group if you are going :)

For all Class Outing that requires lots of description and details just put everything here. (Organisers please take note)
- After it's posted, put the blog address on Facebook Class Page for everyone to know and see.
- Reply Via.Shoutbox to give any ideas for the outing.
After the Class Outing, those who are free can post the FUN things about the outing here.
I guess those are the 2 things that can make this blog more useful than Facebook.

Watch a Movie at VIVO (Movie name not decided)
After movies travel to Sentosa for Outdoor activities. (If there's please suggest some)
Card Games such as Big2.5 or Zany Bridge may be played.

Class Outing
Hello people!
It seems that most people are unaware of the upcoming class outing. So I think we should inform them through sms:D Yeah so I did a class relay system so that trevina don't have to sms so many people at a time and it is more convenient(: Sorry I'm too lazy to do the guys one, will upload it later:DD We'll try it out first if your want
Erm as you can see in the above picture, westine can sms amruta and ann marie. Then amruta will pass the message to ke en and ke en will sms cheryl and so on. Meanwhile ann marie will pass the message to huijia and so on. I'm not sure if it is effective but my current class did this and it was quite good:DD

Hope to meet up on 4 Dec. Haha must decide on the venue and activities too. Oh and can inform them through email too. I will send this this blog post through email as well as the poll. Have a nice holiday:D Hope to keep this blog alive

Hey guys!
This blog was soon forgotten after we entered our new school. The blog seems so dead I thought I had to post. I didn't post before, neither am I a very skilled blogger. To everyone out there, we, 6 heleners 09 post, is not to show off how pro or qim our english is, frankly, mine isn't. We post not to try to prove that we are united, in fact, some can't be bothered. And no matter how much I don't want to admit, that is a fact. But we post, or at least when I post, is to spur my fellow ex classmates on. people who study well aren't nerds, so before saying that we are nerds, please check upper the dictionary what is a nerd. So as we learn to have fun, heleners, I hope you guys always remember that we were once a class that went through the hard times together. keep the enthu spirit going, the 6 helen 09 spirit going :)Do build your friends up with words of encouragement through sms or maybe a simple blog post:)contact westine or xian liang if you want the blog Pw. First day in sec school :D
Hi Peeps! Enjoyed your first day in sec school? Was it fun? Today after school, a bunch of 6 helen-ers went to find mdm lua:D:D Super fun :D:D Mdm Lua said most of us went to RV, Nanyang and Hwa Chong. Not bad not bad arhs!:D:D Good Good schools. Whatever the case is, great job:D:D We've all done well, agree? Anyway, you all have time can go visit Mdm Lua. If the guard don't let you in, then give Mdm Lua a call and tell her:D:D Note: Don't, I repeat, Don't use lors and larhs. Those Singlish thing in front of her. She will, well, take 50 cent from you. Punishment =.= Anyways, have fun guys! Enjoy your sec 1 days, Treasure your 6 Helen-ers memories !:D:D

Entrepreneurship Day

Hey People :( , Today Entrepreneurship Day, Don't Ask, We only earned $505.30 :( , So Sad Right? Lost to 6I and 6J already, But one thing we were happy about, it was fun:D And then today Entrepreneurship Day finish already, 6A they all take money out from their own pockets and donate in, Of course they alot of profit la! All the classes not happy with them, so even if they win, I don't think they will get any happier. Okay, So today, Most of us meet in school 6.35 am, go to class and decorate, We hanged a net across the room, and put soft toys on it :D Then we set up the stalls! At first all was messy, but we managed to pull through! :D Games were at the back, Pest Terminator, Table Tennis Rampage, Electric Missile, BOx of Fortune, and our Last Minute add in(about 12pm then we add in), Duel Master Card Challenge. Sales, we sold stressballs, bookmarks, bubbles, Hair Grass Growth, Origami, And all our donated items classified under 'JunkYard' :D Then if they buy 4 items and above, they get mysterious gift, if they win a game, also get prize at the redemption counter. Before the entrepreneurship day, when Mdm Lua still around, everybody helping, but when she left, everybody start slacking:( Only most of the girls, Zong Wei, Xavier neo , WeiHeng and XianLiang helping. *sighs* We have to do all the job. The rest playing Poker, Hahas. Then so Loud, Vice-Principal and Mr Jeffrey Lee come up and scold us, But we made 2 Mascot! 1st one is the EGG mascot, looked cute but simple, then second one is the chef mascot and we named it "Ratatoulie" for Project RunWay. Model was at first Andre, but was later changed to XavierNeo, because Andre was kind of not happy. Only the last day of preparation, whole class help except some(Don't want to mention Name). But on the actual day, 6Helen's spirit was there, finally:D helped each and other, When it was our recess, we all said we were not hungry and stayed in class. XianLiang on the music "PokerFace", "Paparazzi", "High School Never Ends" and the boy's favourite Michael Jackson's Song, "Smooth Criminal" "Billie Jeans" etc. We all surrounded the projector, leacing a space for Johnston, Xian Liang and Liak Ghee to dance. We all singed and clapped so loud:D Then Joey shouted"Westine SOLO!" then we all"Woooooooooo!" then she started singing, So noisy, Mr Charles Lim came and check on us, then he saw us United:D he laughed, Mr Kelvin Lee came too, Mr Lim stopped him, saying that we are having Class Gathering:D Then suddenly, Ahhhh! P5's alert! They are coming! Back to your places!:D haha:D It was like that until the ending part, Some boys were tired and started playing Poker again with Zoey-.- She got sore throat, No point helping, Haha! :D So back to normal again. Then all of us tired already, started sitting down, hahas:D Morning Session that time, Stress Balls All SOLD OUT :D so we took out the not very nice ones for the afternoon session, but it was still sold out:D Last Part, all the class were packing up, but there were still customers in our shop, so we had a 10-cent sale:D But they thought we were cheating them, so nobody dare to buy, Haha. So get ther customers out, pack up, COUNT MONEY TIME! :D Count here Count There, Only $505.30, supposed to be $506.30 after people claiming, but one boy/girl cheated us, the price was $1, he/she gave us Malaysia Money RM1 -.- , one of us was blur, we did not see, haha. Then everyone went back, tired, all of us stayed back till 3.30! Now we are all so tired, But our hard work kind of Paid off, Keep up the good work, 6Helen! :D Let's Be proud of ourselves:D And we all decided to make a class T-Shirt! Even WeiHeng Agreed:D All Looking forward to see Mdm Lua, The class is not complete without her:D

Happy teachers' day mdm lua and to all the other teachers. sad, this year no party, don't wan to make a mess like last year and to rush...Haha, we gave mdm lua our presents, her whole table flooded with presents lor... then we joke with her, say we fail PSLE... Mdm lua reaction so big seh... she say if we fail, she will come back and strangle us... haha... So sad, mdm lua going to new zeland...(it the spelling correct?) she will only be here for our prize presentaion...not heer to see us gradutae... *sob sob* okay... gtg now..bb!

okay... Miss Devi is not that bad and scary afterall... Her lessons are pretty fun and we surely talk more than usual for science class with her! (ha ha) But one thing, she gives us homework evrysingle time she has science lesson with us... But she got let us see "documentary(spell?) films" lah... better just listen to her talking all the 6 periods... That is gonna super bored... Wonder you guys like Miss Devi more or Miss Lim more? um.... vote? Kays. anyway, JYs for Prelim and PSLE. Wang Lao SHi say very difficult leh! Must JYJY everyone! 6 Helen will top the school right?
